Delivery
We aim to offer a high quick and efficient delivery service using either Royal Mail or City link as couriers. All goods will be despatched next working day on receipt of a completed order.
When goods are added to basket delivery charges are displayed in my basket details.
All parcels sent will require a signature.

Items delivered by Royal mail will require a signature, if a signature cannot be obtained then a card will be left for customer to rearrange delivery or collect item from local sorting office. If Inter link couriers are used for delivey then two attempts will be made to deliver, if both unsuccessful then goods will be returned to branch to be collected by the customer,if goods remain uncollected from both Royal Mail and Inter Link they will be returned back to the supplier, and the customer will be chargeable for any subsequent delivery.
We are happy to exchange any faulty, unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in their original condition and have not been used or altered in any way, within a period of fourteen working days. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded. However if we have made a mistake with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. All returned must be sent via a courier that can provide a signature as proof of delivery.
